Support Options
Page 1+ Library Staff Discussion Forum: The Page 1+ Library Staff Discussion Forum and Study Group are avenues for staff to ask questions and share their knowledge with each other. The resource sharing project implementation team will also use the Discussion Forum to share updates about the resource sharing project. Confluence login credentials are required to access the Discussion Forum. Staff with login credentials are encouraged to watch this page for updates.
Page 1+ Study Group: College staff are encouraged to bring questions related to resource sharing to the bi-weekly Page 1+ Study Group sessions. Most sessions are structured as an open Q&A for staff to share their knowledge and support each other.
Quarterly Check-In Sessions: The resource sharing project implementation team will be holding quarterly check-in meetings for college staff. Staff working on configurations and ILL staff are invited to these meetings to share their experiences with resource sharing.
OCLS Help Desk: All college staff are encouraged to submit questions about resources sharing to the OCLS Help Desk by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@ocls.ca.
Known Issues: The resource sharing project implementation team will track resource sharing issues reported by colleges and solutions in Confluence. Confluence login credentials are required to access the Discussion Forum. Staff with login credentials are encouraged to watch this page for updates.
