Reports

  • Creating a New Report [web page] - Instructions for creating single subject area and multi-subject area reports. 
  • Customize Default Reports [video] - Learn how to customize the default Alma Analytics reports and save it in your local directory. 
  • Analytics: Providing Reports to Other Users [video] - Learn how to share reports and dashboards with other users via widgets and scheduled reports.  Also, see how to create a set in Alma using the results of a report in Analytic. 
  • Scheduling and Subscribing to Alma Analytics Reports [web page] - Alma Analytics reports and dashboards can be scheduled to run at specific times and have them emailed to subscribed users. You can also create links or widgets to reports and dashboards that can be accessed in Alma by users with specific roles.

Dashboards

Objects

  • Creating Analytics Objects [video] - Learn how Analytics are displayed in Alma and sent to users via scheduled emails; and how you can create the different Analytics Objects (widgets, reports, dashboards) which allow for these displays. 

Folders
