This is a recommended basic launch plan for colleges. Since each college is different, it is up to the college libraries to plan and implement Page 1+ launch communications/activities that best suit their audiences and communication channels. Colleges are welcome to add their own elements, customize the draft content for their audiences and adjust the timing (except for Go Live).
We strongly encourage colleges, at a minimum, to send out the communications included in the plan below.
For the Go Live launch on July 26, we have provided some proposed activities for students. For material for social media, digital ads, website content, poster, T-shirt design, etc, see the Promotional Material page.
