OCLS supports access to electronic resources from Alma and Primo VE when a college acquires the resource via OCLS or transfers their renewal to OCLS for ongoing management.
Activities include:
- Activation of Community Zone (CZ) collections in the Network Zone (NZ) and distribution to licensed colleges
- Enhancing CZ records as needed to support discoverability and access
- Replacing or updating NZ collection records as needed in response to access changes by the resource vendor (e.g., platform migrations)
- Maintenance of links to CLEAR records in NZ collections
- Creation, maintenance, and distribution of vendor records in the NZ
